Assisting churches by assessing their current ministry to children and give input as to how to improve area for ministry.
Giving guidance with practical information on ministries, curriculum, policies and procedures, community events, recruiting and keeping volunteers, and building your children’s area.
Mentoring both the volunteers and/or children’s pastors by providing guidance in children’s and family ministries.
Assisting individuals who are experiencing challenges, roadblocks, and life decisions so they can be more effective in their area of ministry.
Being available to partner with the local church in doing big events, rallies, children’s and family emphasis services, missions emphasis and outreaches to the community.
In every age, God has given grandparents a vital and God-ordained purpose: to be the primary link in the chain of faith. Your life is not just a legacy—it’s a living curriculum designed to point younger generations to the Lord.
Throughout scripture, the pattern is clear: grandparents are meant to be actively teaching, worshipping, modeling, and obeying with the central purpose of influencing their children and grandchildren for Christ.
“But watch out! Be careful never to forget what you yourself have seen… and be sure to pass them on to your children and grandchildren.” – Deuteronomy 4:9
We face a critical question: Will we lead, or will we quietly step aside (secede)?
We believe this generation of “silver strands” is called to actively pass on a legacy of God’s goodness. It’s time to intentionally set up spiritual “memorials”—moments and stories that compel us to share the mighty things the Lord has done.
When your children and grandchildren look at the faith you hold, they are asking the question from Joshua’s time:
